“With Love” Service Agreement Terms:
Cancellations made within 30 days of your reserved picnic date will warrant a full refund, with the exception of the permit fee.
Any cancellations beyond this timeframe will incur a 50% deduction from the initial deposit.
In case of inclement weather predictions, you have the liberty to inform us 72 hours before your picnic commences to select from the following options:
a. Reschedule for an alternate date (additional permit fee may apply).
b. Obtain credit for future services (additional permit fee may apply).
c. Transfer the picnic to a sheltered area such as a porch, cabana, covered patio, or indoors, subject to space availability.
d. Opt for complete cancellation (initial deposit remains non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS).
