You can absolutely share vision, ideas, and wishes and With Love-NA will do it’s very best curate picnic to capture your requests.

Food and Beverages are not provided, however additional add-ons such as mini charcuterie boxes, desserts can be discussed.

With Love-NA has recommended locations, however you can choose a different location.

Weather-Related Options (Within 72 Hours Prior to Event Start):

If bad weather is forecasted, customers have the following options:

      • Reschedule to a different available date (additional permit fee applies).
      • Receive credit with us for future services (additional permit fee applies).
      • Move the event to a covered area (porch, cabana, covered patio, or indoor if space permits).
      • Completely cancel (initial deposit is non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS).

It’s important for customers to communicate their decision regarding weather-related options at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time. Failure to do so may result in standard cancellation terms applying.

Any specifics items/décor not included on the picnic inventory list could result in additional cost/fee tbd as this may very depending on request.

Boho style seating (pillows and blankets) will be provided. If you would like additional seating such as chairs, you would have to bring.

You can add whatever extra elements to enhance your event, if additional permits are required you will be responsible for obtaining.

his policy outlines the cancellation terms for event booked with us:

  1. Cancellation Up to 30 Days Prior to Event Date:

    • Full refund minus the permit fee will be issued.
  2. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event Date:

    • Results in a loss of 50% of the deposit.

There are different options for number of guest, please choose the option that best meets the need of your event, as the picnic will be set-up per guest.

I will handle permits; client is responsible for fee (fee varies based on guest)

Clean up for all With Love-NA inventory is part of our service, however client is responsible for any clean up outside of picnic inventory.
